I am fine ! I tell myself,
In reality depressed, lonely & hurt.
Too busy right now !
Days, weeks, months, and years go by ,
Without connecting with “Self” don’t know why?

I’m ok, I’m fine, All well,
It’s so easy to say ,
Even when not a easy day.

Have become so isolated,
Days which are gone can’t be back dated.
Why is it so hard to get back?
To even begin, Heart thinks how ?
To build the kind of relation heart needs “Now”.
