Some Healthy Tips !

I believe all are doing well. Kindly do follow precautions to “Stay Safe and Healthy”. I am sure we all are doing the best of it.

What we are following is keeping us good in the current situation, Hence like to share with you all too.

It will keep our body warm. It will build our immunity and also it’s very helpful in situations like severe cold, fever, headache.

👣Take steam.
Plain water steam.
Or
Steam with some basic ingredients (MOM’S RECIPE )

🌿 Ingredients :
-5 glass of plain water ( regular glass size)
-Add some lemon grass
-Handfull of Ginger ( just crush & add )
-1 full table spoon Carom seeds
-Give it a nice boil and Take steam.
Works amazingly well.

😇How to use :
Take a nice deep breath and release.
Continue till the vapour rises up.
Once it cools down you can stop.
Or you can take it till you manage to take it, depending upon your sensitivity.

👣 Drink plain warm water. ( As many times possible )

👣A cup of drink that all can try at home with home remedies.( MOM’S RECIPE )

Take some water as per number of people consuming it. Regular cup size is fine.
Below qty mentioned is for 3 people.

🌿Ingredients :
4 cups of water
4 to 5 Basil leaves,
5 Clove,
1 Cinnamon,
4 to 5 Blackpepper ( just crush & add )
1 small portion Ginger ( just crush & add )
1 small table spoon Tumeric powder,
1 small table spoon carom seeds,
Let it Boil nicely.
Strain and Drink hot.☕
(You can consume twice or thrice in a day)
Good for health !

😇How to use :
Can be consumed in the following manner-
☕Morning empty stomach (replacement of tea or coffee)
&
☕After dinner (with half & hour interval)

* You can avoid ingredient if “Allergic” to any of it *
